This form is for events relating to First Baptist Church Kingsport. This survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete. Please give as much information as you can so we can provide an accurate graphic and/or video for your event. FBC members, please provide your information one week before the event or event publication, and FBC staff at least two weeks in advance. This timeline allows for timely completion of the materials and ensures ample time for review and updates.
